The room has a private en-suite, heat pump air conditioner, tea & Coffee making facilities and a refrigerator all available in room. Guests also have use of the house lounge, dining room, conservatory and spa pool. Wi-Fi (rural broadband) is also available for guest use.

A full cooked breakfast is included in the price and a  two course dinner is available by prior arrangement (24 hours notice) at $86 per guest and includes a pre-dinner drink and canapes.

PIONEER COTTAGE (Two Bedroom)

Pioneer Cottage lies in the valley below the main residence. This charming holiday hideaway is fully equipped to make your stay special.

The cottage is designed for self-catering; the kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher as well as complimentary tea & coffee. Facilities include a heat pump, television and all linen including electric blankets, is provided.

Children are welcome in the cottage (2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom) and a port-a-cot and high chair are also available on request (note the bathroom facilities include shower, sink and toilet only, no bath).

For adult guests a full cooked breakfast can be provided in the main residence for an additional $29 per guest.  A two course dinner is also available by prior arrangement (24 hours notice) at $86 per guest and includes a pre-dinner drink and canapes.
